Don’t take our word for it, hear what our students have to say!

Attending the Aspire Coach training program was one of the most impactful experiences of my life!  I recognise that this is a “big” statement to make, but I recently completed the L2 programme with Aspire Coach Training. Having completed the L1 course with Ailbhe in 2022 and her team, I knew I was in safe hands.

Ailbhe and Stephen are masterful trainers and hold a safe space for everyone to grow and develop as a professional certified coach. The course content is top quality, thought provoking and I found the peer support, group mentoring and one to one mentoring both challenging and supportive.

I enjoyed the L2 course more than the L1, in terms of the depth of the learning and the focus on an integrative coaching approach, “the who and the what” of the client and PCC markers.

I have grown both as a person and professional coach while on the programme. I chose this course as I wanted to go deeper with my coaching, to focus on pure coaching and to further grow in awareness and confidence as a person and coach. Do I feel that I got this out of the course? Yes, definitively.

In terms of taking the L2 route working towards my PCC, I am glad that I chose this option. I consider that I have progressed at a steadier pace than I would have  building up my coaching hours and working with a coach mentor independently. The added bonus is the  learnings from the mentor support team Trevor, John and Andrew and fellow students in terms of diverse backgrounds, knowledge, experience, styles, insights and approaches and expanding my network. Not to mention the gorgeous morning grounding exercises and the fun had along the way! Thank you Aspire Coach Training. it is made with absolute authenticity!

Aspire Coach Training has been the game changer in my life over the last six months, in my thoughts, my reflections, and my self-awareness which I commenced the Diploma in Integrative Coaching in August 2023 which aimed to prepare coaches for PCC accreditation with ICF.

My main reason for undertaking this course was to
deepen my skill-set as a coach with the intention of growing more into transformational work with clients. A real strength of the course was the depth of attention to integrating the ‘who’ of the client and the ‘what’ of their situation (far more so than ACC level). This was enabled through diverse and creative experiential activities, with PCC markers being central to the learning. The mentoring process of the course is outstanding. The Aspire trainers, Ailbhe Harrington and Stephen Clements, and their team of PCC trained mentors were exceptionally knowledgeable, skilled, and intuitive in navigating the nuances of PCC markers and what it means to advance one’s coaching practice to this level. I recommend this course to coaches aspiring to advance their practice to
PCC level. enabled me to probe, interrogate and challenge my own experiences as I talk, think and write them down like never before.

“I have been a qualified leadership coach for the last 10 years, and I am only now taking up the challenge to get my Professional Coach Credential. The journey has been challenging, as it should be for such a credential. However, the Aspire Team, led by Ailbhe and Stephen, with some excellent mentors, have been amazingly supportive, flexible and pro-active in helping me to fully participate in the programme, seeing it through to the end with a smile on my face.”
