Applicants need to be ready to grow into a deeper set of coaching skills where they shift from focusing on the story, the “What” to being curious about the “who” of the person telling the story. They need to be focused, self-directed and willing to share and learn in small groups and peer-to-peer sessions. You need to be ready to commit to all the dates and the between training days work, so please read all the information to be 100% sure you can commit to the learning journey.
