I am quite an emotional person and feared that this would be a problem, especially in the triad sessions. For the first few weeks it was difficult, I constantly doubted myself but my emotions were constantly accepted, supported and affirmed. Over time, I found myself more accepting of my vulnerability and empathy. I now see them as fundamental strengths that underpin the connection, intuition and impact that I have with my clients. Aspire is an incredibly professional course and is a brilliant environment for learning and growth. The staff are all very knowledgeable and passionate about coaching, and teach you the fundamentals of coaching in a very organic, supported and simultaneously structured way, where you develop skills at a very fast pace. If you are considering coaching I couldn’t recommend this course enough.

The Aspire Level 1 coach training programme is the best learning experience I’ve had. The safe space created by Ailbhe, Stephen and the support faculty, along with the engaging content, excellent delivery, and myriad opportunities to learn with and from faculty and trainee coaches, all contributed to an experience that can only be described as transformational. I learned not only a huge amount about coaching theory and practice, skills and mindset, but I also gained a deeper level of self-awareness and understanding. It has been a real journey, with moments of high emotion and challenge, but always encouraged and supported by the team. I am delighted I signed up for the programme, and I am looking forward to continuing this journey of personal and professional growth. I would recommend Aspire without hesitation to anyone considering coach training.

A brilliant coaching course! It was quite the journey, at times exhausting and overwhelming, but I am truly thankful for the opportunity. I have learned a lot about myself along the way, met some truly remarkable people and have made very visible progress over these six months. I am so much more eager to continue my coaching role, grow my confidence and skillset- the course was a final confirmation that this is something I’d really like to pursue. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is interested in dipping their toes into the world of coaching.
