Testimonials Level 2

  • In terms of taking the L2 route working towards my PCC, I am glad that I chose this option.

Attending the Aspire Coach training program was one of the most impactful experiences of my life!  I recognise that this is a “big” statement to make, but I recently completed the L2 programme with Aspire Coach Training. Having completed the L1 course with Ailbhe in 2022 and her team, I knew I was in safe hands.

Ailbhe and Stephen are masterful trainers and hold a safe space for everyone to grow and develop as a professional certified coach. The course content is top quality, thought provoking and I found the peer support, group mentoring and one to one mentoring both challenging and supportive.

I enjoyed the L2 course more than the L1, in terms of the depth of the learning and the focus on an integrative coaching approach, “the who and the what” of the client and PCC markers.

I have grown both as a person and professional coach while on the programme. I chose this course as I wanted to go deeper with my coaching, to focus on pure coaching and to further grow in awareness and confidence as a person and coach. Do I feel that I got this out of the course? Yes, definitively.

In terms of taking the L2 route working towards my PCC, I am glad that I chose this option. I consider that I have progressed at a steadier pace than I would have  building up my coaching hours and working with a coach mentor independently. The added bonus is the  learnings from the mentor support team Trevor, John and Andrew and fellow students in terms of diverse backgrounds, knowledge, experience, styles, insights and approaches and expanding my network. Not to mention the gorgeous morning grounding exercises and the fun had along the way! Thank you Aspire Coach Training. it is made with absolute authenticity!

  • I now have a richer understanding of my own ‘who’, which has in turn deepened my ability to work with the ‘who’ of my clients.

This Level 2 coaching course has challenged and stretched me in many meaningful ways. I’ve experienced profound personal growth, particularly in confronting my core assumptions and limiting beliefs, alongside the development of my coaching practice. As the course comes to a close, I feel a deep sense of gratitude for the person I am today, and I’m proud of the progress I’ve made. I now have a richer understanding of my own ‘who’, which has in turn deepened my ability to work with the ‘who’ of my clients.

I am deeply grateful to Ailbhe and Stephen for their unwavering support, guidance, sense of humour, and for truly embodying the mantra that “misery is optional.” I’m equally thankful to my course colleagues for the fun, laughter, and shared learning that made the journey all the more enriching.

  • A real strength of the course was the depth of attention to integrating the ‘who’ of the client and the ‘what’ of their situation

Aspire Coach Training has been the game changer in my life over the last six months, in my thoughts, my reflections, and my self-awareness which I commenced the Diploma in Integrative Coaching in August 2023 which aimed to prepare coaches for PCC accreditation with ICF.

My main reason for undertaking this course was to
deepen my skill-set as a coach with the intention of growing more into transformational work with clients. A real strength of the course was the depth of attention to integrating the ‘who’ of the client and the ‘what’ of their situation (far more so than ACC level). This was enabled through diverse and creative experiential activities, with PCC markers being central to the learning. The mentoring process of the course is outstanding. The Aspire trainers, Ailbhe Harrington and Stephen Clements, and their team of PCC trained mentors were exceptionally knowledgeable, skilled, and intuitive in navigating the nuances of PCC markers and what it means to advance one’s coaching practice to this level. I recommend this course to coaches aspiring to advance their practice to
PCC level. enabled me to probe, interrogate and challenge my own experiences as I talk, think and write them down like never before.

  • … this course has shown me a new way of being as a coach

I joined the Aspire L2 Program because I wanted to deepen the level of coaching I could offer my clients.  Superficially, I just wanted to go beyond “The What” they were bringing and to coach “The Who” behind it.  I go so much more than I had expected.  It wasn’t always the easiest journey, but it has been incredibly rewarding and revealing.  As much as changing how I was doing my coaching, this course has shown me a new way of being as a coach.  The combination of asynchronous learning, peer work and mentoring works really well to help integrate the learning.

The Butterfly model we used through the program has a new meaning to me now – as I feel like I am leaving the cocoon and ready to fly.

  • … pro-active in helping me to fully participate in the programme, seeing it through to the end with a smile on my face.

I have been a qualified leadership coach for the last 10 years, and I am only now taking up the challenge to get my Professional Coach Credential. The journey has been challenging, as it should be for such a credential. However, the Aspire Team, led by Ailbhe and Stephen, with some excellent mentors, have been amazingly supportive, flexible and pro-active in helping me to fully participate in the programme, seeing it through to the end with a smile on my face.

  • There was great consolidation of learning and concepts covered in level one training

Having trained with Ailbhe and Stephen before, my expectations of the course content and delivery were high. Ailbhe and Stephen did not disappoint! The course content and delivery were excellent. There was great consolidation of learning and concepts covered in level one training. The online delivery and facilitation worked very well. It was a more intensive course that I had anticipated but there was great learning in it and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to deepen their coaching and solidify their learning and reflective practice.

  • … the core content was broad and thorough

Having trained as a coach in 2019 with Ailbhe, and Stephen as a Mentor, it was an easy decision to go with Aspire for Level II.

Being able to self-select aspects of coaching that were of interest or that I felt I needed to focus on allowed me the freedom to work on my own focus areas while the core content was broad and thorough.

As always, the standard of training and facilitation from the wider group was top class and I have no issue recommending Aspire to anyone interested in pursuing a professional coaching qualification.

  • I’ve honed my ability to recognise the subtle nuances of each client’s uniqueness

I believe that every individual is dynamic and that genuine growth stems from exploring the evolving beliefs and internal narratives that shape self-perception. Completing the Level 2 coaching course has been truly transformative for my practice. I’ve honed my ability to recognise the subtle nuances of each client’s uniqueness and focusing on their unfolding stories, values, and beliefs has added a valuable new dimension to my Positive Intelligence coaching at Delve.mt. Many thanks to Ailbhe, Stephen, and the team for delivering such a professional and client-centred learning experience!
