Coaching Skills to Support Working in Different Contexts (Feb 2023)

The aim of this training day is to provide you with further knowledge of the issues associated with the use of coaching in several different professional contexts e.g., organisations, businesses, education, and community. The module will focus on the complexities of contracting in organisations, tri-party contracting and the use of case studies to integrate the learning. Forms that you can use in your practice will be shared. The day will also provide an understanding of the challenges of internal coaching and the different contexts where you might coach.

The day will be a mixture of knowledge inputs and practical discussions.
